If you use Revcover on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Revcover.

Revcover helps software companies test pricing and upgrade paths, including credit limits, feature gates, top-ups, team billing routes, paywalls, and dunning or cancellation flows.

Revcover is intended to work with your existing billing, authentication, product, analytics, and communication systems. Revcover does not replace your billing provider, payment processor, or final server-side enforcement checks.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and controlling who can access your workspace.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including configuration changes, experiments, rules, integrations, and data submitted through the service.

You are responsible for the applications, billing systems, authentication systems, customer data, product events, and other systems you connect to Revcover.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases to provide data to Revcover and to use Revcover in your product.

You may not use Revcover to violate law, infringe rights, mislead users, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, send malicious code, scrape or overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts.

You may not use Revcover to make deceptive pricing claims, hide material billing terms, or manipulate users in a way that violates applicable consumer protection, privacy, or platform rules.

Some Revcover services may be free, beta, invite-only, or subject to a written order form. Paid services, fees, billing periods, taxes, and payment terms will be described in the applicable order form or checkout process.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Revcover may provide beta, preview, or early access features. These features may change, break, or be discontinued. They are provided for evaluation and feedback unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We own Revcover, including the software, website, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data, applications, and customer relationships.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display data you provide solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Revcover helps you configure and test product-side upgrade paths. We do not guarantee increased revenue, conversion, retention, expansion, or any other business result.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to Revcover if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that may harm Revcover, users, or third parties.

You may stop using Revcover at any time. Termination does not affect obligations that accrued before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Revcover after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
